Health and Well-being week

Health and well-being are very important at this time when it is important to take care of mental, physical, social, intellectual, and emotional health. ESN, therefore, promotes health at this time and encourages well being through active events.
Better health is central to human happiness and well-being.

The aim of this initiative is to involve the local organisations of ESN in activities focused on sports, healthy lifestyle, nutrition, responsible party, mental health and other areas, as well as to show international students that they can adopt a healthy lifestyle while being on exchange.

ESN Health and Well-Being Week was held this year in a very delicate period, in which it risked being very difficult to be able to take care of yourself and your body. The goal of ESN was to invite ESNers and international students to take care of themselves while maintaining a healthy life despite the lockdown, and to share with the network – through simple and fun stories on Instagram – the activities carried out to do it.
