Erasmus Student Network Dubrovnik i Studentski zbor Sveučilišta u Dubrovniku su 16. i 17. ožujka organizirali humanitarni buvljak u Studentskom domu Dubrovnik s ciljem prikupljanja sredstava za Udrugu roditelja djece s poteškoćama u razvoju i osoba s invaliditetom “Dva Skalina”.
Zahvaljujući građanima, prikupljeno je preko 2000€, čime će se pružiti značajna podrška radu udruge.
Posjetitelji su imali priliku ne samo sudjelovati u humanitarnoj akciji već i u nagradnoj lutriji, dok su najmlađi uživali u kreativnim radionicama tijekom oba dana događanja.Osim humanitarnog aspekta, buvljak je također dodatno osvijestio građane o važnosti očuvanja okoliša i promicanja održivosti i zaštite okoliša.
Podržani od strane Europskog parlamenta, studenti su također željeli potaknuti lokalnu zajednicu na sudjelovanje u europskim izborima 2024. godine. Ovakve inicijative promiču temeljne vrijednosti Europske unije poput demokracije, solidarnosti i održivog razvoja, potiču lokalnu zajednicu da postanu aktivni građani svoje zajednice i doprinesu izgradnji bolje budućnosti za sve.
